Intuitive Eating Informed Group For Emotional Eaters!
Intuitive Eating is eating in a way that utilizes what’s known as “Interoceptive Awareness.” That means being able to recognize your body’s internal hunger and satiation cues that signal to your brain whether or not you are hungry, full, or uncomfortably full (AKA “Stuffed” or “About to pop!”)
The Mindfulness Space is now offering a 12 week, skills training and processed based group, lead by a licensed mental health therapist, that will help you to recognize and process through the underlying emotional, psychological and environmental causes of emotional or stress eating, as well as help you to learn basic and advanced intuitive eating skills, stress management techniques and mindfulness based relaxation skills that will support you in addressing the root causes of emotional eating.
The best part is that you will learn these new skills while joining with a supportive group of likeminded, fellow humans who are on the same journey!
